The short version
The numbers you type into our calculators never leave your device. All calculations run in your browser. We do not require accounts, we do not operate a database of user data, and we cannot see your loan amounts, rates, or results. The only third-party data practices on this site relate to advertising and standard web hosting, described below.
Calculator inputs
Loan amounts, interest rates, terms, payments, and every other value you enter are processed entirely by JavaScript running in your browser. They are not transmitted to us or to any server. If you use the "copy link" feature, your inputs are encoded into the link's address so the recipient's browser can reproduce the calculation — sharing that link is entirely under your control.
Advertising (Google AdSense)
This site displays ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies (including the DoubleClick cookie) to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites, and may use device identifiers and similar technologies for the same purpose.

Like virtually all websites, our hosting provider may automatically record standard technical information when you load a page — such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested — in server logs used for security and reliability. We do not combine these logs with any other data or use them to identify visitors.

ClearLoanMath itself sets no tracking cookies. Any cookies present come from the advertising partners described above.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
If our practices change — for example, if we add an analytics tool or a new advertising partner — this page will be updated and the date above revised.
