Before you email
- Results look different from your lender's? Check whether your lender's figure includes escrow items (taxes, insurance), fees, or a different payment date convention — see the about page for what the calculators do and don't include.
- Financial advice questions — we can't help with those. These tools show the math; decisions about your money belong with you and, where appropriate, a licensed advisor.
